White, who has been Presbyterian minister at Helensville for tho past five years, was farewdled at a largely-attended public meeting last night. Mr. White had been a prominent citizen of Helensville, and his work for the tennia club was recognised by a presentaikf|& from members. For bis services to tPfc Agricultural Association arid its annual show Mr. White was presented with © purse of sovereigns. Several other present** tiona were m&do on behalf of the church.
