QUEENSLAND GOVERNOR
POSITION NOT FILLED. TWO NOMINEES DISAPPROVED. A. and N.Z. LONDON, Jan. 30. Reynolds' Newspaper says it is understood that the British Government has recommended two well-known men for the position of Governor of Queensland, but that in each case the State authorities have disapproved of the choice.
