NEW TRAFFIC REGULATIONS. The Onchunga Borough Council met last evening, the Mayor, Mr. J. E. Cowell,. presiding. The council adopted new by-laws providing for observance of the off-side rule at street intersections, prohibiting pillionriding on motor-bicycles and prohibiting tho parking of cars in Queen Street between Mount Smart Road and a point 60ft. below the new fire, station, and also at any part of the same street for longer than 50 minutes. Tho recommendation of the committee that Campbell Road and Tiwai Road should be sprayed with bitumen was adopted. Tho Auckland City Council notified that the No. 1 Lice-sing Authority would meet next Monday and invited the council to send a representative. Mr. R. G.
