reassuring; report.REPAIRS QUITE SUCCESSFUL* (Received Jan. 30, 5.5 p.m.) Sun. LONDON, Jan, 59. The contractors who are engaged on the repairs to the dome of St. Paul's Cathedral have reported reassuringly on the safety of the building. Dean W. ft. Inge says the result of the grouting will be to leave the structure stronger than when the Cathedral was originally built. It was begun in 1675 and completed in 1710.
