ACCIDENT AT RACECOURSE. TRAINER DIES IN HOSPITAL. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT. ] INVEROABGILL, Thursday. A fatal accident occurred at the racecourse this morning, when a horse driven by A. Matheson, a well-known trotting trainer, stumbled and the driver was thrown heavily to the ground. He was taken to hospital, where he died early this evening. Deceased had been a successful Southland trainer for many years.
