TO-MORROW'S PROGRAMME, VICTORIA CRUISING CLUB. NUMEROUS HARBOUR RACES'* Tlios Victoria Cruising Club will hold its first series of harbour races for yachts ancl launches to-morrow afternoon. All events will start and finish off the dree go Maui which will ba used a a flagship. Good entries have been received and some keen, racing is anticipated.
