REST ROOMS ON BEACHES. The Takapuna Borough Council mist last evening, the Mayor, Sir. J. I). Morison, presiding. Acting, upon a letter from the Women's Branch of' the Milfoird and Takapuna Ratepayers' Association, it was decided to recommend the incoming council to provide rest rooms for women and children on the Takapuna and Miiford beaches.
