A SCHOOLBOY'S RECORD.
CONSISTENT ATTENDANCE. What, must be almost a record for unbroken attendance at school was referred to by Mir. F. W. Gamble, headmaster of the Mount Albert Grammar School, at the annual prize-giving ceremony last evening. One boy, W. Beech, had attended the school for the full five years s:ince its opening, without a single absence. In recognition of this, Mrs. W. Ward Baker, who has befriended the school, considerably in -many ways, announced that slue would present a watch to Beech.
