STARTLING EXPLOSION.
NINETEEN PERSONS KILLED. RESERVOIR OF CHEMICALS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. <Recd. 9 p.m.) PARIS. Dec. 13. -A reservoir at St. Auban, in the Alpes Maritimes, about 30 miles north-west of Nice, containing about 200 tons of liquid cnlorine, exploded. Nineteen persons were killed and 30 injured.
