HAMILTON CHORAL SOCIETY
SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE. [BY TELEGRAPH. OWN CORRESPONDENT.] HAMILTON. Tuesday The Hamilton Choral Society sang the Christmas oratorio " The Messiah" last evening to a large audience, and scored a pronounced success. There were over 100 voices,, and the quality and balance were excellent. The soloists were Miss Christina Ormiston (soprano), Mrs. A. Seales (contralto), Mr. Irwin Jones (tenor) and Mr. J. Graham Young (bass).
