TWO TRANSFERS GRANTED. The quarterly meeting of the Manuksu Licensing Committee! was held yesterday, Mr. J. W. Poyni.on, S.M., presiding. Transfer of the Panmure Hotel licence from Charles Bernard Clark to John Q'Dowd -was granted, also that of the Exchange Hotel, Onehmiga, from Matthew Black to Stephen Bourke.,
