PRESENTATIONS.
A presentation of an enlarged photograph of the, new fire brigade station at Onehunga, surrounded by photographs of the members of the brigade, was made to Mr. J„ Park at the annual social of the brigade on Saturday evening. The superintendent, Mr. E. C, Gilbert, in making the presentation said that the members were making the gift to Mr. Park in recognition of tho keen interest which Mrs. Park and he had always taken m the brigade, not only during his mayoralty, but aiso before a:ud after holding office. Mr. Park expressed bis pleasure that the brigade* had associated Mrs Park with him in this handsome memento Mr. Gilbert aiso presented to Mr. '}• Pardington the medal of honorary _ life membership of the brigade, in recognition of his assistance for a quarter of a century.
