THE USE OF THE CINEMA. AN EDUCATIONAL VALUE. A. and N.Z. NEW YORE. Dec. 9. A message from Rochester states that a special committee of the American College of Surgeons discussed plans for taking olo'w motion pictures of noted surgeons performing operations. The films would be shown at medical schools and in small communities where surgeons were unable to take the time necessary for learning new methods.
