Notice is hereby given that the Avondale Borough Council, being the Local Authority of the Borough of Avondale, proposing to raise under the above Act, a Special Loan of £10,300. for the purpose of sewer reticulation, which will be for the benefit of a defined part of the Borough described in the Schedule hereto, and not being a legal subdivision, a Special Roll has been prepared, comprising the names of all persons entitled to vote in that part of the District, together with the numbers of the sections, blocks, areas and ratable values of all land included in such part of the Borough.
