THAMES VISIT NEXT WEEK, Their Excellencies the Governor-General, Sir Charles Fergusson, and Lady Alice Fergusson, held a reception at Government House last evening. •His Excellency will meet members ot the King's Empire Veterans at Government House at--10.30 this morning. On Monday Their Excellencies will leave cm an official visit to Thames, arriving there at 5 p.m. and leaving for Waihi early on Wednesday. Thoy will leave Waihi next day to visit Pacroa and Te Aroha, where they will stay the night. On Friday the Governor-General will perform the unveiling ceremony o r Jho Matamata war memorial, and Thro* Excellencies will leave in the eveuitig foy Auckland.
