Mark, secretary of the Auckland Trotting Club, on Friday next, at 5 p.m. The stake-money has this year been increased by £350 over that of last year, and the date of the meeting has been so fixed that it will fit in admirably with the itinerary of owners and trainers that have horses competing at the Auckland summer meeting. The cud and Free-for-All championship are the two'big events on the programme, and it is worthy of note that there is not a race carded for decision that carries lesß than £IOO. There are two races for unhoppled trotters and another for maiden performers, besides others of a mile and a mile and a-quarter. Special loose-box accommodation is available and Bteamer and train arrangements will be announced later.
