[BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] ROTORUA, Wednesday, In the case brought by the Rotorua Borough Council against Brents, Ltd., for killing meat for consumption other than in the borough abattoir Mr. W. G. K. Kenrick, S.M., gave judgment in favour of the Borough Council this morning, Brents, Ltd., being fined £l, costs £1 Is and solicitors' fees, £3 3s.
