KICKED BY A HORSE.
GIRL STRUCK ON HEAD. [BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT ]
HAMILTON. Thursday.
As the result of a kick on the head from a horse, Gladys Gate, aged 15 years, of Rototuna, was admitted last evening to the Waikato Hospital. The injured girl went to stroke a horse which was loose" on the lawn in front of the house, when it turned and kicked her, striking her on the f&ce. She was discovered unconscious by her mother and taken" to the hospital in a serious condition. She is now reported to be making satisfactory improvement.
