A. and N.Z. LONDON, Oct. 26. The price of coal has risen from 10s to 60s per ton. Traders are buying from America in order to fulfil contracts as their reserves are exhausted. For the first time in 30 years Holland is row practically dependent, on Westphalian <pal.
