DAIRY FACTORY RETURNS.
INCREASES IN OUTPUT. MORRINSVILLE AND MATAMATA. [BY TELEGKAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT. ] MORKINSVILLE. Wednesday. Although the dairy factory returns in respect of the four small co-operative dairy companies in the Morrinsville and Matamata districts show that increased amounts of butter-fat have been received up to October 20, as compared with last year, the cheques of the individual suppliers are in most cases smaller than last season owing to the advances this year being between 2d and 4d per lb. lower. The returns are as follow, those for i, similar period last year being given in parentheses:— Morrinsville. - Butter-fat, 118.5201b. (88.693ib.); payment at Is lb. direct delivery, £7429 5s (£6567 lis lOd). Norfolk (Moturaaoho).—Milk. 995.2001b. (1.009,6241b.); butter-fat, '39.986.51b. (38,709.31b.); payment at Is 3d (Is sd) per lb., £2383 4 S 8d (£2741 17s 9d). Tatua (Tatuanui).—Milk. 1,858,1131b. (1,495,4441b); butter - fat, 72.0021b. (58,4361b.); cheese, 192,9641b. (161,8681b.); payment at Is 2d (Is 6d) per lb., £4200 (£4171). Sunny Park (Te Poi).—Milk, 926,1791b. (869.9671b.); cream, 32,1591b. (28.8501b.) • total butter-fat, 45,870.41b. (42.188.51b.); payment at Is 3d (Is sd) per lb., £2753 4s lOd (£2,988 4s 7d).
