BIBLE CLASS RALLY.
AN ENJOYABLE EXCURSION. Tho annual rally of Presbyterian Bibla Classes of the Auckland district was held on Monday, when about 850 rnembors enjoyed an excuision to Omiha. Sectional. meetings were held in the morning, the young women being -addressed by Miss French and the young men by Mr. G. Stewart. After lunch a combined gathering* was addressed by the Rev. J. A. Thompson. Id the afternoon the final of a basketball tournament was held, Edendale, 18, defeating St. David's, "16, after an exciting match. A seven-aside Rugby tour-, namcnt was also hold, St. David's winning the senior and intermediate grades and St. James' the junior grade. The profits from the excursion will be added to a. fund fop .providing camping sites for tho young , men and women, ' .
