SCULLING.

HANNAN-MASON CONTEST. [BY TELBGRAFH.— OWN CORRESPONDENT ] WHANGAREI, Friday. The professional sculling champion of Australia and New Zealand, J. P. Hannan, of Blenheim, is training at Whangarei for his match for the New Zealand title against Jim Mason, of Whanagrei. Mason has not yet started regular training, as he believes that seven weeks is too long a preparation for him in his present condition of fitness.
