MINISTERS' MOVEMENTS.
The Hon. A. I>. McLeod, Minister of Lands, spent yesterday at Te Suiti. He will leave for New Plymouth by car this morning and travel by way of Mokau. The Hon. R. A. Wright, Minister of Education, arrived from Wellington yesterday morning. A busy day's programme began with a visit to the Jubilee Institute for the Blind. He was met by Mr. H. E. Vaile, chairman of the Board of Trustees, and Mr. Clutha Mackenzie, director and made a thorough inspection of the building. He said he was much impressed with the work of the inmates. The Minister inspected the Seddon Memorial Technical College, and later conferred with the executive of the Auckland Education Board on departmental matters. In the afternoon he opened the new Boy's Probation Home at Mount Albert. The Minister will be engaged on departmental business this morning and this afternoon will open the new infants' school at Northcote.
