BEAM WIRELESS.
ENGLAND TO CANADA. SERVICE POSSIBLE SHORTLY. Xustralian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 9.35 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 13. A trial of the beam wireless service with Canada, which was conducted from the station at Bodmin, Cornwall, had very satisfactory results. An official seven-days., test is now in progress. If the conditions achieved conform to the agreement, tho service will probably be inaugurated within a month. A few weeks' work will b? necessary to complete the adjustments of the South African and Indian stations.
