Vincent last evening:— Tho weather will be mainly fine in most placoa, with the exception of a few scattered showers, chiefly in western and southern districts. The Government meteorologist reported list evening as follows: —Present indications are for variable winds, but easterlies to northerlies ruling am' increasing.
