BUSY DAY AT DUNEDIN. [BY TELEGHAPH. —OWN CORHESPOXDENT. ] DUNEDIN, Thursday. The G overnof-General, Sir Charles Fergusson, and Lady Alice Fergusson this morning paid a visit of inspection to the woollen mills of Messrs. Ross and Glendining at Roslyn, and, this afternoon they attended the races at Wingatui. This evening His .Excellency ,waa the guest at a social arranged by the Otago Officers' Club, and Her Excellency was entertained by the Otago Women's Club. To-morrow afternoon an "At Home" will take place at the Art Gallery Hall, where Then* Excellencies will meet the citizens. Later the Governor-General will pay a short visit to tho Commercial Travellers' Club.
