AUSTRALIA'S ATTITUDE. A. and N.Z. SYDNEY, Oct. 13. Tho Empire Parliamentary delegates conferred with Commonwealth politicians to-day regarding Australia's attitude on Empire foreign relations and Australia's mandate over New Guinea. Tho Hon. J. Barr and Mr. J. S. Dickson (New Zealand) took part in tho debate, which was ia camera.
