NO CREDITS FROM BRITAIN. GROUNDS FOR THE REFUSAL. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Rccd. 7.5 p.m.) LONDON. Oct. 13. The diplomatic correspondent of tho Daily Telegraph says the interview between the Russian Charge d'Affaires, Krassin, and the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Sir Austen Chamberlain, with a view to obtaining credits for the Soviet was fruitless. Sir Austen intimated, as on a previous occasion, that Soviet propaganda, aggravated by Russian support of the striking coalminers, was not calculated to facilitate the aims of the Soviet.
