ENTRIES CLOSING TO-DAY. Entries for Auckland's first Royal Agricultural Show close to-day with' the secretary of tho Agricultural and Pastoral Association, Mr. A. D. Stanley. Tho entries already recoived in tho various classes exceed those of any preceding agricultural show held locally, but definite figures will not be available for a day or two. Letters from a distance convoying entries and bearing the postmark of tho closing day will bo'accepted. As exhibitors frequently wait until tho last moment to onter their stock tho closing day mails may bo expected toswell tho total figures considerably.
