Roach for the support of his wife and children, and soon afterwards he left tho country. The orders were not obeyed, with tho result that there are arrears amounting to £212 on out) and £25 on another. Roach returned to New Zealand, and appeared before Mr. Lawry, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court to-day, charged with disobedience of tho orders. He pleaded guilty, and was sentenced to six months' imprisonment; warrant to bo suspended provided he pays 5s a week off the arrears plus current payment, £2 5s a week in all.
