IMPROVEMENT IN HEALTH. "I am glad to say thnt, Mr. Downie Stewart is making very good progress," said the, Hon. G. J. Anderson in his speech at the opening of the new Commercial Travellers' Club on Saturday. "He is a little impatient now and then, but anyone who has been ill for a month or more knows how that may happen. However, since the session he has been making wonderful progress, and it is expected that in another six or twelve months he will ho able to get, aliout much more easily than he can tit present."
