PARIS TO NEW YORK.
FLIGHT TO BE ATTEMPTED. SEAPLANE BEING BUILT. and N.Z. LONDON. Oct. 7. Two French airmen, Messrs. Tarascon and Goli, arc preparing for a seaplane flight from Paris to New York. Their machine has not yet been completed and the flight will not be made frm some months. The French ace Nogucs will he the pilot.
