In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon it by " The Public Works Amendment Act. 192-1," " Tiie Motor Vehicles Act. 1924," and the regulations thereunder and of any other authority it thereto enabling The Manukau County Coimcil being the local Authority having control of the undermentioned Roads hereby gives notice that it proposes to classify the said roads in accordance with the schedule following AND FURTHER that any person objecting to such proposed classification must lodge notice in writing of his objection and of tho ground thereof at the office of the Manukau County Council, Council Chambers, Corner of Princes Street and Shortland Street in the City of Auckland _ within Boven days from the first publication of this notice.
