The no-confidence motion moved in the Legislative Assembly on Tuesday by the Leader of the Opposition, Mr. T. If. Bavin, was again before tho House to-day. Finally, amid a storm of protest, the Government applied the closure and the motion was defeated by 45 votes to 35.
