She is due. to-morrow morning and will unload at King's Wharf. The Wainui arrived from East Coast ports last evening and berthed at Queen s Wharf. She is to sail at 5 o'clock tomorrow evening for Tokomaru Bay, Gisborno and Napier.. The Richardson steamer Awahou arrived from East Coast bays on Saturday afternoon and berthed at Central Wharf. Messrs. Watkin and Wallis advise that she is to sail for Tokomaru Bay, Tolaga Bay and Gisborne at 6 o'clock to-morrow evening. ' The Waipori is to leave Napier at 5 o'clock this evening for Auckland to un load eeneral cargo from South Island ports and Wellington. SCHOONER COLUMBIA TO BE A HULK The American schooner Columbia, now unloading lumber at Napier, has been pur- • chased by the Devonport Ferry Company . for conversion into a coal-hulk. Running under the auspices of the New Zealand Shipping Company the steamer Erriba sailed from Montreal on September 2 with cargo for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunodin. TOFUA DUE AT 11 A.M. ' The Union Company's Island steamer T<?fua will arrive from Tonga, Samoa and Fiji at 11 o'clock this morning, according to her wireless advice. The Kaimanawa arrived yesterday morning after a fine weather voyage from Fiji She is unloading her cargo of 3000 tons of sugar at Chelsea. ON' WEDNESDAY. Bringing Eastern cargo from Calcutta, Singapore, Penang and Samarang the Union Company's steamer Sußsex expects to arrive on Wednesday, according to her wireless report. Sbe will unload at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. CARGO FROM AUSTRALIA. The Kaiwarra is to . leave Wellington on Thursday for Melbourne and Adelfude, where she will load about the end of September for New Plymouth, Auckland and Wellington. MAKURA AT SYDNEY. The Royal Mail steamer Makura arrived at Sydney from Wellington on Saturday morning. She is scheduled to leave Syd ney on Thursday and Wellington on September 14 for Rarotonga, Papetee and San Francisco.THE MANUKA. The Union Company's intercolonial passenger steamer Manuka is due at Wellington to-day from Melbourne direct. She is t"> sail to-morrow on her return trip to Melbourne, via Lyttelton, Dunedm and Bluff. H.M.S. DIOMEDE. H.M.S. Diomede, which is refitting in the dock, will be undocked on Wednesday. On September Id she is to commence a course of gunnery exercises in the Hauraki Gulf with H.M.S. Dunedin. Both cruisers will return to port on October 1. THE REMUERA. Henderson and Macfarlane advise that the American steamer Montague is expected about Thursday with lumber, case oil and general cargo from Coast ports. The Shaw, Savill and Albion, liner Athenic, whioh sailed from Wellington for Southampton and London on August 29, has reported by wireless that she is expeiiencing strong northerly winds, and that those on board are all well. After being delayed for 20 hours to await the arrival of 65 passengers from Wellington, the Union Company's mter-colomal steamer Marama was despatched from Auckland for Sydney at 11 o clock on Saturday morning. She is due at Sydney tomorrow evening. KATHLAMBA REPORTED. The A. and A. Line's chartered steamer Kathlamba is reported to have cleared Panama on September 2, en route from New York to Auckland. The Federal Line stefiner Cumberland has reported. by wireless to the New Zealand Shipping Company that she will arrive at the Motuihi anchorage at 5 o'clook to-morrow morning. She is from Liverpool with cargo from West of United Kingdom ports for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Port Chalmers and BluS.
