Iwmm Nominal Capital - £350,066 in £1 Shares The public will be invited at an early date to subscribe for part of the capital required by the British Standard Portland Cement Limited* a company being formed to manufacture Portland cement of British Standard quality, from the natural cement rocks discovered immediately at the entrance of the Whangarei Harbour, and situated close to sheltered deep water at low tide. The Promoters are, without exception, experienced business men, and are themselves paying in cash for at least 80,000 Shares of £1 each, out of 213,000 to be offered. They guarantee to pay interest at the rate of 4% per annum on capital paid up by the public on the remaining 133,000 shares daring the time the cement-mill is in course of construction, not exceeding two years.
