WEEK-END WEATHER. HERALD'S SPECIAL FORECAST. The following weather forecast for 48 hours from 7 a.m. to-day was supplied to us by Mr. H. M. Vincent, last evening:—Fair to cloudy weather 1 will prevail over the week-end, although somewhat unsettled at times, with scattered showers, especially in western and southern districts. The Government meteorologist reported Inst evening as follows: —Present indications are for freshening north-west to south-west winds. Weather fair to cloudy in the East Coast districts, but changeable conditions with scattered rainfall are likely in the western and southern districts. The barometer has a falling tendency.
