RESULT OF ELECTIONS.
UNFAVOURABLE TO SOVIET. ANOTHER POLL PROBABLE. (Received 11.5 p.m.) Reuter. RIGA, Aug. 25. Owing to the unfavourable results of the elections the Soviet has postponed summoning the congress of Soviet Unions until 1927. Probably it will previously hold another and stricter election, since the last one offered loopholes for allowing the bourgeoisie to participate.
