Cobham on his return flight to England has been delayed until the end of the week. SUGGESTED AIR FLIGHT. AUSTRALIA TO ENGLAND. DE HAVILAND'S SUGGESTION. LONDON. Aug. 15. Major Geoffrey do Haviland, aeroplane designer and director of the De Haviland Aircraft Co., Ltd., states that . British aviators welcomed the proposal for an Australian flight to London, and would take the same intense interest in it that was being taken in Mr. Alan J. Cobham's flight. Such a flight, it is stated, would result in gaining further valuable information in preparation for linking the Imperial air services. If those making the flight could induce the Duke and Duchess of York to accompany them on their return from Australia, it would be a still greater triumph he added. <
