RESCUE FROM DROWNING.
A PLUCKY YOUNG BOY. [BY TELEGKAFH. —OWN COIt RESPONDENT.] WANGANUT, Wednesday. A lad named Herbert Woocibam, 10 years of age, pluckily rescued a cbmpanion from drowning in the river on Saturday. The local representative of the Royal Humane Society is placing the boy a courageous act before the society.
