BREACHES OF THE BY-LAWS.

NUMEROUS FINES IMPOSED.

The weekly batch of motorists appeared in the Police Court yesterday for breaches of traffic by-laws. 1 In connection:with a charge of failing to; secure a heavy' traffic license, preferred against Robert G.
