Wednesday. , Robert 'Henry; Smith, at : present serving, a term of three months' imprisonment for theft of art overcoat at Hastings, was today sentenced by Mr. E. Page. S.M., to ;six months' imprisonment, to be served at t'ne end of the present term, for theft of .34 'fountain-pens, valued at £35 13s. , Accused had a long list of conviciions.
