Tramways having played themselves into an unassailable position, the senior championship of the Auckland Football Association will be suspended after to-morrow. The principal match at Blandford Park to-mor-row afternoon will be contested -by Thistle and Northcote. who should provide a ,'ijame brimful of interest. The earlier contest will be the second grade section final between Ponsonby and North Shore. The Y.M.C.A. and Ponsonby senior teams are expected to provide an interesting game at the Domain.
