MARKET REPORTED FIRMER
[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] "WELLINGTON, Monday. The secretary of the New Zealand Dairy Board advises having received the following cablegram from the London office of the board! dated London, July 24: Butter.—New Zealand, 1725; Australian, 164s to 168s; Argentine, 154s to 158s; Dutch, 1565; Latvian, 154s to 1565; Estonian, 152s to 160s; Danish, 176s to 180s. All quotations are for spot supplies. The market is firmer and a better tone prevails. Retail prices are unchanged. Cheese.—-New Zealand, white, 88s; coloured, 83s to 84s; Canadian (spot), 86s to 88s; coloured, 82s to 84s; Canadian (c.Lf.), 82s to 83c. The market is firm. Retail prices are unchanged.
