HARBOUR BRIDGE SCHEME.
THE SUGGESTED L'OTTERY. In connection with the: proposal to raise £1,000,000 by lottery to finance the construction of a bridge to link up the city with the districts on the northern side of the harbour, a clause has been prepared for inclusion in this session's bill dealing with local legislation, with the object of securing Parliamentary sanction for the , suggested lottery. The clause is being circulated among of Parliament and others concerned.
