NEW ODDFELLOWS' LODGE.
CEREMONY AT DARGAVILLE. [by telegraph.—own correspondent.] . DARGAVILLE. Saturday. A branch of the Manchester Unity Oddfellows, to be known as Loyal Dargaville Lodge, was opened here during the weekend. The secretary and other grand lodge officers and about 20 new members were initiated and a number of old members already in the district joined up. This will give the lodge % good start. There are now five friendly societies in operation in the town and all lodges appear to be in a flourishing condition, both numerically and financially.
