The Body Corporate called the Chairman and Members of the Mount Roskill Road Board and the Inhabitants of the Mount Roskill Road District hereby give notice, in pursuance of Section 9 of the above mentioned Act:— , 1. That the purpose for which the Loan is required is the Permanent Construction, in Concrete, of Dominion Road, full length. "2. That the Mount Roskill Road Board, being unable to provide tbe necessary funds for such works out of the ordinary revenues of the district, proposes to borrow a sum not exceeding ±'14,800, 3. That the proposed security for the repayment of such Loan shall bo a Special Rate of nine sixty-fourths of a penny in the pound upon the capital value of all rateable Property in the Mount Roskill Road District. i. That the Mount Roskill Road Board proposes to make such Loan repayable at the end of thirty-six and one-half years from date of issue, and proposes to make provision for the payment of a Sinking Fund of not less than £1 per centum per annum. 5. That the Mount Roskill Road Board proposes to pay out of such Loan such costs, charges, and expenses as the Board may determine to have been actually incurred in connection with such Loan, together with the first year's interest and sinking fund thereon.
