BEAUTY GRAINS.
What a delightful little gift a bottle of beauty grains (plain borax perfumed) would be! Any glass bottle would do for a container—if coloured, all the better. Coat the stopper with sealing-wax to match, and tie with a big flat satin bow. Attach a tiny tag (luggage-label fashion) with the words: " Who uses me shall have a satin-smooth skin. Use as much as will lie on a threepenny-piece to a basin of water." For the contents": To 4oz. of borax add a teaspoonful of oil of lavender. Mix well, and cork tightly.
