FUNDS RAISED IN RUSSIA. GIFT FROM SOVIET UNIONS. (Received 9.35 p.m.) Reuter. MOSCOW. July 8. The Official Trades Association Agency announces that the Central council of the Russian labour unions resolved to transfer to the British Miners' Federation 370,000 roubles collected from members of Soviet labour unions.
