PROHIBITION LAWS.
A CLERGYMAN'S OPINION. "IT IS NO SIN TO DRINK/" NEW YORK. June 28 The Rev. Bernard Bell told students of the Episcopal Summer School at Albany, New York, that it was not a sin to drink liquor in violation of the law. Mr. Bell declared that God's law was not limited by geography, and that;if it was not sinful to drink in Britain, it was not sinful to drink in America.
